  • Description: This service is necessary if you have a registered LLC but are planning to conduct business in a state other than the one you registered your business in. 
  • Once you purchase this service, Mo will contact you via email to gather information required to complete your foreign LLC registration.
  • Turnaround time: 2-3 business days.  Turnaround time does not include processing time for the Secretary of State.  Processing times vary from one state to another and can take up to 4 weeks.  You can request expedited processing at the time your application is filed for an additional fee.
  • Please note: This service only includes the fee for Mo to file your application for registration.  Processing fees assessed by the Secretary of State are NOT included and vary widely from state-to-state.  Contact us at info@moveswithmo.com to request the exact amount of the processing fee for the state in which you plan to register.  We can also provide you with the expedited processing fee for the state in which you would like to register, in the event you need expedited processing.
